How To Run Your Program

Step 1: Inform

      Inform staff & participants of program
  • Email
  • Newsletter
    Place a short statement or a copy of our flyer in a weekly or monthly newsletter.

Step 2: Promote

  • Hang Posters  
  • Download flyers (on website) to distribute to participants.
  • Place inkjet/cell phone/iPods collection boxes
    Use a visible spot for convenient drop-off. Keep a few boxes on hand to give to participants and donors.
  • Use your website to promote your program (optional)

Step 3: Collect

  • Collect inkjets, laser toners, cell phones, laptops & iPods
  • Follow the shipping checklist to pack & send properly.
  • Qualify your toners & laptops on the pricelist

  • Collect payment
    Checks , itemized purchase orders, and shipping labels are sent out within 30 days of the date we receive shipment. Allow a few days for postal delivery.

Step 4: Check your database

 
  • View shipments: Check database 3-8 days after you ship.
  • View recycling earnings: 1-4 weeks after shipment received order will be processed on database.
  • Order supplies as needed
    Once your 1st check is registered  on the database you may order additional supplies

Step 5: Refer

  •  Tell others about your program
    When they register and ship their 1st qualified shipment, you receive a one time $20.00 credit that can be used toward the purchase of compatible cartridges.
